The Eleventh Oak is out of this world! The location is tranquil but just minutes away from local attractions and groceries. the view from the cabin is breathtaking and stunning. you may also do some bird watching and with some luck, you may also see some wild kangaroos The cabin is spotless and spacious. it is meticulously designed with a homey ambience. The bed is very comfy which gives you a good night's sleep while the oversized bathtub with a gorgeous view is another highlight. A generous portion of scrumptious food was provided for breakfast. we are particularly impressed with the homemade bread and lemon custard. We were also given a chance to visit the farm and interact with the animals which makes the stay unique. What makes this place stands out is the passion of Kate and Michael. they have put in tremendous effort in every detail to ensuring our stay enjoyable and comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed every single moment of our stay. A++

Kate and Michael’s Airbnb was honestly incredible! Every little detail was thought through so beautifully; from the delicious breakfast touches to the cozy bedtime comforts. The place was clean, stylish, and so welcoming. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. Waking up to that view was a highlight on its own! You can really feel the love and care that’s gone into this space. We really, really loved this place and couldn’t recommend it more. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. We’d come back in a heartbeat! 💛

Felicity: The Eleventh Oak had all the ingredients for a memorable, relaxing weekend. On arrival, the cabin looked so inviting, the stunning views beyond with the cows grazing, surrounded by rolling hills. It was so warm inside, thanks to the wood fire. The interior beautifully decorated, no detail forgotten. The queen size bed and two high back lounge chairs were very comfortable. A good selection of books and records to play, as well as games and puzzles. A wide view of the magnificent valley while luxuriating in the deep bath was much appreciated. After a blissful night’s sleep, our delicious breakfast of home-made bread and granola, yoghurt, fruit and eggs from the farm, gave us energy to explore the region. Numerous experiences to be had in the Yarra Valley – lunching in a country pub, dining in an excellent restaurant, visiting a few wineries and browsing in antique and second-hand shops – we will have to return to the Eleventh Oak very soon!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Eleventh Oak. The host Kate was incredibly thoughtful, she even started the fireplace before we arrived, so the cabin was cozy and warm as we got there just before sunset. The place itself was beautifully furnished, clean, and full of lovely finishing touches that made it feel extra special. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making the stay comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Eleventh Oak to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape.

My husband and I just spent the most heavenly weekend at ‘The Eleventh Oak.’ What a stunning little getaway in a beautiful location. From driving up to the cabin to stunning little lights all over the exterior, to entering the cabin with the fire (and candles) already lit…From the hot bath with quality magnesium salts, to the quality bed linen…From the mist laden valley sunrise view, to the homemade and generous breakfast provisions… From the wonderful selection of books, to enjoying some classic records on a quality sound system…There simply isn’t anything that could have made this stay more memorable. This place is ‘next level’. My wife and I searched for a place to get away together to celebrate my birthday. Thankfully, our first choice fell through! From the moment we arrived, it just felt cosy and warm. We explored as far up as Marysville, and what an awesome place to return to. Kate and Michael were so accommodating! Could not fault their hospitality and attention to detail. We will be back! We will be recommending 'The Eleventh Oak' to absolutely everyone! Kate and Michael’s place was the most amazing space, in a stunning location! There were beautiful views of the cows and the valley from all parts of the room. The property was full of birds and wildlife, but so peaceful and relaxing. Kate and Michael went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including a lovely welcome note and incredible food. I have already told my friends about this place, and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. Thank you!!

The cabin is beautifully decorated with picturesque private views of the valley. Even from the bath! The LP records & board games are a very nice touch. The food provided for breakfasts/lunches was fresh & plentiful & included homemade bread & eggs from the hens on the property. There are lovely places to sit outside & enjoy the views, too. We loved our relaxing stay here.

Our honeymoon at Kate's Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Kate's warmth and thoughtfulness made us feel so special. The personalised welcome letter was such a heartfelt touch, and we were blown away by the farm-fresh produce in the fridge and the delicious, homemade, freshly baked bread. Every detail was perfect, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and charm. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning views and wildlife that made every moment unforgettable. Kate is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience. We have stayed at a few ‘BnB’s’ now with a similar country charm, but Eleventh Oak is by far our favourite trip to date.

The Eleventh Oak was the perfect weekend escape. We loved the peaceful farm setting with valley views and friendly cows that occasionally wandered over to check us out. Kate's thoughtful touches made our stay special - from the vinyl collection to the homemade bread and granola. The modern cabin layout works perfectly, especially the spacious bathroom with that amazing soaking tub overlooking the hills. Having no Wi-Fi turned out to be exactly what we needed. We spent evenings by the fireplace and days exploring the property and nearby Yarra Valley wineries. The BBQ, picnic basket and other amenities made it easy to settle in and enjoy.
