Kate and Michael realized they needed a new start and escape the confines of the big city. They bought their beloved farm soon after and discovered a joy and purpose neither had felt before. They loved hosting their friends and family wanting to share this new experience with as many as possible.

With Kate’s extensive experience in hospitality, and Michaels background in land cultivation and management, In 2022, they decided to undertake the mammoth task of creating and building THE ELEVENTH OAK so they could share the simple pleasures we as a society seemed to have lost.
